Segment 6 takes you through the Kalinago Territory, home to Dominica's indigenous people. Formerly called the Carib Territory, this area was established in 1903. The Kalinago people are well known for their traditional crafts such as weaving and boat-making.

WNT Segment 6 winds along the rugged Atlantic coast, threading its way through villages and lush vegetation and providing sweeping coastal views. The trail crosses Horseback Ridge and tumbles down to Pagua Bay where it ends at Hatton Garden.
