Segment 14 ~ Capuchin to Cabrits National Park
The final section of the national trail begins at the Canna Heritage Park in Capuchin. From there you head down to the coast and follow Dominica's stony coastline south to the Cabrits National Park, home to Fort Shirley.
Most of the trail is on the rocky beach where there is not much shade - bring plenty of water!
