Q: What is the main dish? (please dont say Pyrex!)
| |
|
A: Dominica's national dishes are based on our Creole tradition, so you can expect fresh local fish, chicken or meat prepared in exciting ways.
We are also famous for our delicacies - Mountain Chicken (which is really a frog!), Crab-back, goat water (broth) and 'lambi' - conche!
