Q: Hi! We will be in Dominica on Feb. 20 and would like to see the parade. Can you recommend a good vantage point from where to watch? Thanks.
A: Because Roseau is relatively small (and the streets fairly narrow) pretty much anywhere is a good spot. The parade goes around town so if you're in one spot for a while you'll see all of it! The main parade will start about 10am through late afternoon.
