The Hon. Ian Douglas is Dominica’s first-ever Minister of Tourism to become a Certified Scuba Diver.

After participating in Dive Fest 2008’s “Discover Scuba Diving” program, the Minister was so taken with Dominica’s underwater world that he decided to get his certification. He completed his PADI certification course with Instructor Arun “Izzy” Madisetti at the Anchorage Dive Center last weekend.
