On next Saturday, September 27th 2008, Dominica will mark the beginning of its 30th Anniversary Independence Celebrations. The Opening Gala will be held at the Windsor Park Stadium from 5 pm and it promises to be an extravaganza like never before. Featuring Dominica’s top singers, a core of 100 drummers, a 100-member choir, steel pan, cultural dancing, fireworks and more. They will form the largest-ever Human Flag of Dominica – a sight no to be missed!
So grab your Dominica Flag and make your way to the stadium in Roseau, which will be reverberating like the heartbeat of the nation as we begin these final steps to Celebrating the Journey Together.
